Toledo was incorporated in England (Registration No: 5055833) in February 2004 and listed on London’s AIM market in April 2004. The Company interests are held in the Philippines.

Toledo is headquartered in London, with a second office in Manila where the General Manager of the Philippines is based and from where the projects on the island of Palawan are run.
