Q: I am a shareholder and have changed my address. What should I do?

Q: I have changed my name. What should I do?
A: You will need to send Capita Registrars an original of your marriage certificate or your change of name deed (which we will return to you) to the address above before your name can be changed on the share register.
Q: How can I confirm the number of shares that I hold?

Q. I want to find out the value of my shares. How can I do this?
A. You can log onto the London Stock Exchange website at www.londonstockexchange.com/en-gb and search for the current price for the stock for Toledo Mining Corporation (TMC).
Q: How do I register the death of a shareholder?
A: If the shares were held solely in the name of the deceased, the registrar will require a copy of the death certificate and either probate or letters of administration. The name of the legal personal representative will then be added to the register. The shares can then be sold by the personal representative, or a stock transfer form can be submitted so that the shares are registered in the name of the deceased's beneficiary.
If the shares were held jointly, the Registrar will remove the deceased's name from the Register on receipt of a copy of the death certificate. The shares will then be registered in the name(s) of the surviving holder(s) and the relevant share certificates will be amended to reflect this.
